Fort Patrick Henry Lake is located in, and just outside of Kingsport, TN. It is a TVA managed resevoir. Located on the South Fork Holston River, Fort Patrick Henry is stocked yearly with Rainbow trout, and is popular for sport fishermen.

 

Warriors Path State Park, with its mountain bike trail, campground, and other amenities, lies along part of Fort Patrick Henry Lake, as well.
