Located on 36 PRIVATE acres of woods, trails, pasture, creek, wildflowers, birds, turkeys, deer, and other "critters", boasting views and spectacular sunsets.

 

Large, luxury, contemporary mountain home, conveniently located in the northwest Johnson City limits (Upper Northeast Tennessee/Tri-Cities area).

There are two Guest Suites (1 King and 1 Queen), 2 Private baths (one with small Jacuzzi tub), a den with fireplace, Charter cable TV, Fax, Hi-Speed Cable Internet access.... and an eating area with dining table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Suite area opens to outside covered picnic table, grill, and your personal parking space.

Private guest entrance and parking. Adult oriented. Smoking outside only, under covered picnic table area, please.

Primarily, we wish to ensure your privacy; guests may call hosts (Dr. and Mrs. Dean Wilson) if you have additional needs.

Canoe available for rental in season. Houseboat Charters also available (in season) on beautiful Watauga Lake.

Rates begin at $800.00 per month, depending upon the season and amount of area rented. Call or e-mail us and we will attempt to customize a plan that meets your needs and budget.
